Today more than ever, I was missing the gym! I ended up going mid-afternoon and did 30 minutes of “light” cardio, and I ended up doing two protein drinks today as well, which was advised if I was feeling extra hunger, or needed a little extra strength. The protein has kept me feeling more full, and gave me the energy I needed to get through the rest of the work day. I am still feeling good, and my stomach is noticeably flatter.

I noticed that my once almost-too-tight skinny jeans, are now fitting perfectly, and I’m excited to show them off once I’m done my cleanse and can consume a nice healthy dinner out with friends, (and maybe a cocktail – I feel I deserve it!)
