❖ 1 1⁄2 cups of oat flour
❖ 1 teaspoon baking soda
❖ 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
❖ 1 tbsp cinnamon
❖ 3 medium bananas
❖ 2 tbsp honey
❖ 1 tbsp vanilla
❖ 1 tbsp coconut oil
❖ 1 egg
❖ 1⁄2 cup non fat Greek yogurt
❖ Splash of unsweetened almond milk or regular milk
❖ 1⁄2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with muffin liners and lightly spray the inside of each liner with nonΒ­stick spray. Mix and whisk all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another. Add wet ingredients into dry and mix until batter line texture is formed. Gently mix in chocolate chips with a spoon. Using the same spoon, evenly disperse amongst muffin liners. Top with extra chips and bake for 20Β­-25 mins.
